Who is responsible

Daniel Aguilar [full name or company name to be confirmed], located at [address to be confirmed], Querétaro, Mexico. Privacy contact: contacto@danielaguilar.mx.

What data is processed

This site does not store data in a database of its own. The data I receive is what you choose to share by email, WhatsApp or when booking a Discovery: on the Discovery page, company, role and main challenge pass straight to the Calendly calendar, where you also enter your name and email.

Sensitive personal data is not requested. If you include it in a message on your own, it is used only to reply to you.

What it is used for

To reply to you, schedule and run the 60-minute Discovery, and assess whether there is a fit to work together.

If you accept measurement cookies, to understand in aggregate how the site is used and improve it. They are not used to profile you individually or for third-party advertising.

Who it is shared with

I do not sell or transfer your data. To run the site and scheduling, providers process it on behalf of the controller: Vercel (site hosting), Calendly (appointment scheduling), WhatsApp (messaging) and, only if you accept measurement cookies, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). Some are outside Mexico; their own privacy notices apply to their processing.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@danielaguilar.mx with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a way to reply. I respond within 20 business days.
